## 1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason and without incurring penalties.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, physically receives the goods.

## 3. Return Conditions

Products must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and instructions, to the return address that will be provided after your withdrawal request has been received.

Items must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.

## 4. Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods or proof of shipment, we will process your refund within 14 days.

The refund will include the original standard delivery costs, excluding any additional charges resulting from a delivery method chosen by the customer that is more expensive than the standard option offered by us.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

## 5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

* Personalized or custom-made products.
* Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
* Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
